Disclaimer

This document (hereafter — the «Disclaimer») sets out the rules and limits that apply to the use of the catalog RevealAI (hereafter — the «Site»), and outlines the scope of the User's responsibility when interacting with linked third-party services. Any use of the Site means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted every provision of this document.

1. Age restriction 18+

Access to the Site and to every connected service is granted solely to individuals who have reached the age of 18. By entering the Site, you attest that you are at least 18 years old and that you use the resource of your own free will. Anyone under 18 must leave the Site immediately.

2. Mandatory consent of the depicted person

Using AI services to synthesize images that undress people is permitted only when the informed consent of every depicted person has been obtained. Using someone's photographs without that consent is unlawful and may fall under the following provisions:

• applicable US state laws on invasion of privacy and disclosure of private facts;
• applicable US federal and state laws on interception and disclosure of communications and images;
• applicable defamation law (when distributing synthesized images);
• GDPR (EU) and corresponding national data protection statutes — protection of personal data and a person's image.

The User bears full civil, administrative, and criminal responsibility for any consequences of using the generated images. For details, see the Consent Policy.

3. Role of the Site

The Site Administration is not responsible for the conduct of third-party Telegram bots, for the quality, accuracy, or lawfulness of the content they produce, or for their compliance with applicable legislation.

4. Prohibited uses

It is strictly forbidden to use the catalog or any connected service for the following purposes:

• Bullying and harassment — generating and circulating images intended to humiliate, blackmail, or coerce;
• Blackmail and extortion (revenge porn, sextortion) — leveraging synthesized images to coerce someone;
• Harassment and stalking — systematic persecution of the depicted person;
• Minors (ZERO tolerance) — any use involving persons under 18 years of age;
• Impersonation — passing a synthesized image off as real in order to deceive;
• Commercial use of third-party images without consent;
• Distribution without consent — publishing generated images without the depicted person's permission.

5. User responsibility

When uploading a photograph to any connected service via the Site's links, the User confirms that:

• they hold all rights to the original image or have secured proper permission from the rights holder;
• they have obtained the informed consent of every depicted person for processing and generating derivative images;
• all depicted persons were at least 18 years old at the moment the original photograph was taken;
• they understand that generated images are synthetic and may be misleading;
• they assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of the generated materials.

6. No warranties

AI services produce synthetic (fake) images. Algorithm outputs may be inaccurate, distorted, or misleading. The Site offers no warranties whatsoever regarding the accuracy, reliability, lawfulness, or fitness for purpose of the generated images. The User relies on such results entirely at their own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the Site Administration shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising in connection with the use of the Site or connected services, including but not limited to loss of data, reputational harm, moral damage, and violation of privacy.

8. Takedown requests

If you discover that your image or other protected rights have been violated through services listed in the catalog, send a takedown request to [email protected]. Requests are handled in line with the DMCA procedure and applicable Russian legislation.
