Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereafter — the «Terms») govern the relationship between the Administration of the site RevealAI (hereafter — the «Site», «Administration») and the individual using the Site (hereafter — the «User»).

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Site in any manner — whether viewing, navigating, or following links to third-party services — the User confirms that they have read, understood, and undertake to comply with these Terms, as well as the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy. If the User disagrees with any provision, they must stop using the Site.

2. Age restriction 18+

The Site is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. By using the Site, the User attests that they have reached the specified age. The Administration is not liable for any false statements the User may make about their age.

4.1. User rights

• freely browse the catalog content;
• follow links to third-party Telegram bots;
• send inquiries and requests to the Site Administration;
• request link removal in case of rights violations.

4.2. User obligations

• comply with applicable legislation, including rules on personal data protection, copyright, and privacy;
• use the Site only with the informed consent of depicted persons (see the Consent Policy).
• not use the Site for purposes prohibited by section 5 of these Terms;
• not infringe the rights of third parties, including the right to one's image and personal secrecy;
• not use automated data-collection tools (scraping, parsing) without the Administration's consent.

5. Prohibited use

The User is prohibited from using the Site and connected services for:

• processing photographs of minors (persons under 18 years of age);
• processing photographs without the consent of depicted persons;
• bullying, harassment, blackmail, stalking, and revenge porn;
• producing and distributing defamation and libel;
• commercial use of images without the rights holder's consent;
• impersonation and presenting synthetic images as real;
• infringing the copyrights and trademark rights of third parties;
• attempting unauthorized access to the Site and its infrastructure.

Breaching the provisions of this section may result in blocking access to the Site and reporting the matter to law-enforcement authorities.

6. Intellectual property

The Site structure, original texts, design, logo, and other intellectual property objects belong to the Administration. The User may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt Site materials without the Administration's written consent, except in cases expressly permitted by law. Links to third-party Telegram bots are not intellectual property objects of the Administration.

7. Liability and limitation

The Site is provided on an «as is» basis. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site, the absence of errors, or the accuracy of information about third-party services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration is not liable for:

• the actions of third-party Telegram bots and their content;
• the consequences of the User's use of generated images;
• the User's infringement of third-party rights, including the right to one's image;
• any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Site.

The User undertakes to reimburse the Administration for any losses arising from claims made by third parties as a result of the User's actions.

8. Changes to the terms

The Administration may amend these Terms unilaterally. The current version is posted on this page with the date of update indicated. Continued use of the Site after the changes take effect signifies the User's acceptance of the new version.

9. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes are resolved in the court at the location of the Administration, unless otherwise established by law.
